Shipping and Return Terms
1. Shipping
1.1. Delivery methods: We deliver the ordered goods using reliable courier services. The goods are delivered via OMNIVA parcel machines.
1.2. Delivery time: The goods are delivered within 2-5 business days from the confirmation of the order. Due to the busyness of the parcel machines or disruptions in the work of the couriers, the delivery time may be longer.
1.3. Delivery fee: The delivery price is visible when choosing the delivery method, it depends on the selected method and the order amount.
1.4. Shipping restrictions: We deliver the goods within the territory of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. For delivery to foreign countries, please contact dovile@vizga.lt.
1.5. Delivery problems: If the goods do not reach the customer within the expected time or were damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately by email. By email dovile@vizga.lt or by phone 060214936.
2. Return and Exchange of Goods
2.1. Return period: Customers may return goods within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and stickers attached. Non-returnable goods:
- Cosmetics with damaged packaging;
- Custom-made products;
- Food products (except for cases where the packaging was damaged during delivery).
2.2. Return conditions:
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Refunds for returned goods are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and their condition being checked.
Buyers are responsible for the return costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
2.3. Defective or incorrect goods: If the delivered goods are damaged, defective or do not correspond to the order, the customer must report this within 3 days from the date of delivery. In such case, the goods can be returned free of charge, and the customer can choose to receive another product or a refund.
2.4. Return procedure:
The customer must contact our customer service team by e-mail [Your contact e-mail] and provide the order number and the reason for the return.
After receiving confirmation, the customer returns the goods to the specified address.
