The story of long hair
Share
Most people are surprised to see how long-haired dogs look at dog shows. Long straight hair sweeps the ground, the fur is soft and shiny, the advertisement image is worthy of shampoo. Make no mistake, my dears, this is not everyday. Such a dog's image can be compared to a woman's image for a special occasion. After all, we don't dress up everyday with a luxurious dress and evening make-up, right? It's the same with long-haired dogs - at home they look more like an up-and-coming housewife.
In order for the dogs to please at their shows with their beauty, the owners have to put in a lot of work at home. Growing long hair requires not only time, patience, but also knowledge. When I bought my first long-haired dog 10 years ago, I couldn't believe that growing hair could be so complicated. Combing the dog sometimes took 4-5 hours, I used to spin the hair with tears and hoped that such hard work would produce amazing manes. It is a pity that when you buy a dog, the baggage of the necessary knowledge is not included together. I had to study for a long time in order to know the right cosmetics, the right brushes and combs, and to understand what the correct hair care routine is.
Today I am happy to share my knowledge with everyone who dreams of a long-haired dog. Since I often receive messages about unsolved questions, I should turn it all into a section of the vizga.lt blog - "Long hair history". So, everyone who is ready to pick up a comb in their hands - wait for the continuation of "The Story of Long Hair"! I promise to share every little thing I discover. See you soon!
